“ATT supports apprentices with their learning and provides pastoral care to help them navigate work and life challenges. That separation is valuable to them, and to us.”
Apprentices need the right start. Trade businesses need good people. ATT helps bring the two together.
For Employers
Every trade business is different. That’s why ATT offers more than one way to help, from apprenticeships and recruitment through to short-term trade assistant support.
We employ them. You train them. You get on with the job and building a good tradie. We'll sort the employment, payroll and compliance. And you only pay for the hours they're on site. No charge for leave, sick days, or block course.
Learn MoreYou employ them. We support them. You take on the apprentice as your own. We keep their training on track, with regular reviews, block course coordination and someone to call when you need a hand.
Learn MoreWe find them. You hire them. Tell us what you're after and we'll find, screen and shortlist apprentices for you. You pick the one that fits and take them on as your own, with no long search and no time wasted on people who were never right.
Learn MoreGet help. Just for the job. Down a pair of hands or flat out with work? We'll place an assistant who's done pre-trade training and can get stuck in on site, usually within about a week. ATT employs them, so there's no long-term commitment. When the job's done, that's it.

Become a qualified electrician. Great if you like variety, problem solving and a trade where you keep learning on the job.
Learn MoreHands-on work for people who like solving practical problems and seeing a job through. You can also train in drainlaying as part of the full plumbing qualification.
Learn MorePrefer to focus on drainlaying on its own? It's a qualification in its own right. Outdoor, physical work that keeps the country running, and a good fit if you'd rather be on site than stuck inside.
